Naga wood slab coffee table

This antique wooden coffee table in fact started out life as a bed in the early 20th century. The Naga tribe, originating from north-eastern India into Myanmar, slept on raised beds to keep off the damp ground in their huts. Carved from a single piece of wood and with the most fantastic patina, this piece can now be hired as a large low coffee table in an on trend interior with a primitive twist.
